Cancellation of 19 FEB performance: "Rolex Proudly Presents: Jonas Kaufmann Opera Gala" 

We regret to inform you that soloist Jonas Kaufmann has to withdraw from the performance of “Rolex Proudly Presents: Jonas Kaufmann Opera Gala” on 19 FEB 2025 at 8pm in the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall due to health reasons. The performance is therefore cancelled.

The performance on 22 FEB 2025 at 8pm remains unchanged. Please stay tuned for the latest announcements on the HK Phil website and social media platforms.

For ticket-holders of the cancelled performance, please submit your preferred ticket arrangement on or before 7 MAR 2025:

1. Ticket-holders with Electronic ticket(s)

   1. Apply for a FULL refund of the face value of the ticket(s)

      The ticket amount will be refunded by BANK TRANSFER. This option is only applicable for patrons with local bank savings or current accounts. Debit/credit card accounts and time deposit accounts are NOT accepted.

   2. DONATE YOUR TICKET

      DONATE your ticket(s) to the HK Phil “Annual Fund”. Donations of HK$100 or above are tax deductible. The donation receipt will be sent to your address by mail.

   Mail the completed form with your intact physical ticket(s) to HK Phil Ticketing Office for your preferred ticket arrangement.
