Each subscription ticket can be swapped once for free. Ticket(s) can be exchanged for another performance (if any) of the same programme at the same venue and subject to availability. 

 

Swapped ticket(s) will be emailed to the email address submitted at least three working days before the concert.

Ticket Upgrade

Subscribers can upgrade their concessionary (full-time students, citizens aged 60 and above, people with disabilities and CSSA recipients) ticket(s) to adult ticket(s).

 

After the payment is completed, upgraded ticket(s) will be emailed to the email address submitted at least three working days before the concert.

Ticket Refund

Subscribers can receive a 50% refund of the face value of their subscription ticket(s).

 

Refund will be processed around 6-8 weeks upon confirmation. Separate email will be sent when the refund is being banked-in.

Lost Ticket Arrangement

Subscribers should report lost subscription ticket(s) to obtain a lost ticket letter for admission.
