HK PHIL × MTR: Phil Your MTR Ride With Music
Heard any familiar tunes at the MTR stations today? To refresh and fill up your journey, we have launched our first collaboration with the MTR Corporations to bring classical music to the stations amidst the pandemic!
Also, check out this video which features 30 members of the HK Phil and it is totally unprecedented for us to have an orchestral setup on the train and in Central station playing Bernstein’s music on the train at the depot and in Central station after traffic hours.

On the Town marked Bernstein’s Broadway debut and was a hit. Bernstein defies categorisation. He possessed an abundance of gifts and was equally noted as a composer, conductor, pianist, educator and humanist.
