Suspension of ticketing service & Launch of the new upgraded URBTIX system

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department will launch a new URBTIX ticketing system on 1 DEC 2022 (Thu) to provide an enlarged system capacity and enhanced capabilities along with a revamped website (www.urbtix.hk), a brand new “URBTIX” mobile ticketing app and newly introduced self-service ticketing kiosks. To facilitate the final preparation before the launch of the new system, the URBTIX will suspend service from 30 NOV 2022 (Wed) 8pm until the launch of the new system.

Upon the launch of the new URBTIX system, the ticketing enquiries and customer service hotline will be changed to 3166 1100 and the telephone booking hotline will be changed to 3166 1288.

Regrettably, singer Gigi Yim will not be able to sing in "Lio Kuokman x Johnny Yim | Journey of Time" performances at 3pm and 8pm today (3 Sep) due to illness. The concerts will otherwise proceed as scheduled. Thank you for supporting the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.

Latest Arrangement for Tonight's Concert - 
Season Finale: Lio Kuokman | Roman Holiday

As the Hong Kong Observatory announced that the Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 is replaced by the Strong Wind Signal No.3, tonight's (2 JUL 2022 8PM) performance of "Season Finale: Lio Kuokman | Roman Holiday", held at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall, will start at 8:15PM instead.

Ticket-holders may continue using their tickets for admission according to the date printed on the tickets to the updated performance.

SEVERE WEATHER ARRANGEMENT

Tonight's concert "Season Finale: Lio Kuokman | Roman Holiday" will proceed as scheduled unless the Black Rainstorm Warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted three hours (i.e. 5pm) prior to the concert.
